At PIC, we care about what our patients care about. We love to hear from you about what we are doing right and what we could do better.
Over a span of two weeks from June 16th to July 3rd, we surveyed patients in the clinic and on our website. Of the patients that visited us during this period, 24% filled out the nine question survey.
Some of the highlights:
- 99% of respondents agree that PIC cares about them and their health.
- 96% agree that they are listened to and respected.
- 100% believe that the front office staff is professional and friendly.
- 100% also believe that the clinic is clean, comfortable and welcoming.
- 97% of those surveyed would recommend PIC to their family and friends.
