“I couldn’t have chosen a better provider to walk me through the process of being a first-time mom.  She answered all my questions–even the ones I didn’t know I should ask.  Theresa supported and respected my preferences while always promoting the best health for me and my baby.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How do ask a question before or after my appointment?

The easiest way to get a question to staff is through the portal. You can send your question day or night and receive your answer back on the next business day. If you need assistance setting up the portal, contact the front office staff.  They are happy to help.

Another way to ask a question is by calling the office. If it is a medical question, ask for the nurse who works with your provider.  Remember though they are busy throughout the day helping patients and will call you back by the end of the following business day.

Do I need to bring my records with me to my first visit?

No, after the provider meets with you, they will request the recrods from your previous providers. You will need to sign a consent for this to occur.

How do I request a prescription refill?

If this is a refill on an existing perscription, its easy. Call your pharmacy directly. This works even if your bottle says that you are out of refills. The pharmacy will contact us.

Remember that you should request your refill at least three business days before you will run out, that way it will get filled in time!

When will I know the results of my lab tests?

Your tests go out of the clinic and we can’t control how long it takes to get the results back to us. Know this – if your test is not normal, we will call you right away. Otherwise we will notificy you of a normal result within 7-10 business days.

This applies to x-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, sleep studies, and general lab work.

What if I have a problem after hours?

As our patient, we are here to help day or night. If it is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the hospital emergency department immediately.

If it is not life-threatening but can’t wait until the clinic opens, call us. Our answering service will route your message to the on-call provider.
